Following four decades of growing research
into workplace bullying both researchers and practitioners in the
field have reached a crucial point. With incidence rates charted,
growing awareness and acceptance of the problem, and increasing
attempts to try and find meaningful ways to prevent and counter
the problem, we need to take stock of where we are at this point,
and where we are going with research on the topic. What can we tell
from the work done so far, how effective are the programs implemented,
what new focus and new concepts are being developed that might lead
